The developer of this modest warehouse at Eagle Farm did not want to employ an architect, and approached Osborn Lane directly. Osborn Lane carried out the building design, civil and structural engineering, and commissioned and co-ordinated other consultants as required.

The building has load-bearing tilt-up walls built to the property boundary, steel roof structure and a timber framed mezzanine.
