Townhouses have become a popular type of dwelling in Brisbane as the size of the city increases. Osborn Lane carried out the civil and structural design for this project at Yeronga. The structure was simple timber framed domestic construction. The geography of the site, where it picked up the overland flow from numerous adjacent allotments, caused the stormwater management to be more a technically demanding design task.
